i gave love, and lots of it!!
this had to be one of the happiest days that i have had working at the studio in the past 15 years! we held our first annual love on the run event. we had people coming and going the whole time typing valentines!
these are just some of the valentines that will be hand delivered on the 14th!
at 3:30 we had to lock the doors and here is what was left.
we even had one happy person come back a second time bearing gifts for us. what made this day so special is all the love that was shown. it was so much fun and gratifying to be able to do this for everyone in lincoln, thank you! and i would also like to thank jill a good friend who took time out to come and help as well as caleb who played acoustic guitar for a few hours while the typewriters clacked away with love. there are so many more photos that i will be sharing but since valentines day is still a few days away i do not want to give away the surprise. a few memories that i will not forget is the 5 year old boy typing with the help of his dad a valentine for his mom or the friend that wrote a valentine on behalf of a service man stationed in iraq for his wife back home. (i was told). i can not wait to do this next year! stay tuned for more.
