We’ve still got new arrivals coming in from the orders we placed at the National Stationery Show in May! It was like Christmas all over again this afternoon when i got to unwrap a bundle of incredible cards from Twig & Fig. These cards are foil stamped on wood veneer- which, if I do say so myself, is probably one of the coolest things i’ve ever seen. I highly encourage all you locals to stop in and check ‘em out! And while you’re here let us know what you think of our great new paint colors. The whole place is getting a facelift for it’s 16th birthday and even though we’re still very much a construstion zone, it’s all coming together quite nicely! For those of you unlucky enough to be too far away for a quick visit, keep your eye out- more pictures are on their way!

Christopher is on vacation! That means that I’M in charge until he gets back on Friday (he was gone all last week too)! While the radio may be a little louder and the music playing may be everything that he can’t stand to listen to when he’s here, we’re still cranking out paper goodies at top speed. We’ve gotten to work on a top secret glitter project that was ooooodles of fun, and I’ve had the pleasure of running around like a chicken with my head cut off answering questions, giving pricing, and shipping orders. whew!

Of course, a vacation isn’t really a vacation if you don’t do a little work while you’re away. Betwixt all of the yummy New Mexican foods and margaritas and gourmet tortillas and other things that I’m daydreaming about from afar Christopher has managed to put up a Q and A page on our plantableseedpaper.com website! Every day we get a ton of calls with general questions about our plantable papers and what can be done with them. Hopefully now we’ll have some of these questions answered straight from the site!

so what i was offering was 6 different paper choices about 10 designs and either in a panel card or a note sheet format. all letterpressed in quantities of 100 for $60 and 200 for $90. if you wanted envelopes it was an additional $20. have you heard of a deal that good before? some people thought i was crazy and maybe i was! crazy to think that people would want their own stationery. so i thought, maybe i would offer it to the world…or at least those of you that read my blog and visit my etsy site. so it is not up on my etsy site yet, so if you’re interested in it let me know!
